    戴思弗管理咨询（上海）有限公司成立于1998年，由德国专业的出版及传媒集团Verlag Dashofer公司全资控股。经过多年的经营和发展，戴思弗管理咨询（上海）有限公司由一家外资公司的在华代表处发展成为一家具有自身产品特色和服务优势的独立的外商投资企业。

    戴思弗管理咨询提供最新的市场导向的商用信息服务，推出包括专业实用手册、商务应用软件和电子通讯产品在内的多元化产品服务，并全面涵盖以下各个领域：

Dashofer Management Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. started out in 1998 in Shanghai as a Representative Office of Verlag Dashofer, a German professional business-to-business and business-to-consumer publishing and media group. Today Dashofer Management Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a separate Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise.

Dashofer Management Consulting provides up-to-date, market-leading business-to-business information published as professional manuals, software products and e-newsletters. Our publications encompass the following fields:

All our products are either periodicals or are updated on a regular basis throughout the year. They provide state-of-the-art business knowledge and strategies, targeted specifically toward certain areas within the industries they service.

Another source of expertise, within the Verlag Dashofergroup, is the training and seminar section. Dashofer Management Consulting offers open seminars, conferences and E-learning courses at management and executive levels. Custom one-on-one trainings as well as in-house training sessions in the fields mentioned above are offered to all targeted industries.

Verlag Dashofer was founded in 1989 in Hamburg, Germany. A year later the first foreign branch was set up in Prague. Since then the international presence of the group has continuously increased. Started as a specialized business-to-business publishing company for subscriptions, the group’s products today include:
